App 10 : the piano nobile is let out in a single reception solution of min. 2 nights. Equiped with: nr 4 double-rooms with bathroom, large hall, reading area, fireplace, kitchen, diningroom, TV, dishwasher.
Extra beds, where possibile to add, have a price of 10 € per person. 5 € for cradle

Conditions and regulations :
- The prices include all uses, the final cleaning, bed/bathroom/kitchen linen (for the apartments).
- The weekly stays are from Saturday till Saturday.
The lodges will be available from 15.30 on every arrival and need to be left within 10,.00 the day of departure.
- The reception is open from 9:00-13:00 and 15:30 - 18:30.
For possible delays it is necessary to inform us by telephone : 0039 075/5841471.
- Extra beds, where possible to add, have a price of 10 € per person. 5 € for cradle.
- The confirmation of the reservation will be through the payment of a deposit of 30% of the amount, to pay with modalities communicated by the direction on the moment of the confirmation.
- Air conditioning is included in price of rooms and it works from 13,00 to 16,00 and from 19,00 to 21,00
- We accept credit cards, VISA and point-of-sale payment
Only for the appartments we request a deposit of E 150 which will be given back at departure, except for possible damages or shortages.
